Cambodia is Open

During this time, I saw the hardship that my community was facing. It was comforting, though that during this very challenging time, the communities we work with and the organisations we support banded together. The community clinics and physical rehabilitation centres we partner with worked through really challenging times with limited resources, however kept their doors open. School Directors and Teachers we work with became community organizers for vaccination campaigns. This Life Cambodia, one of our partner organisations, created new and improved ways of getting support out to children, families and communities. They released research on the impacts of Covid-19, domestic violence, and microfinance, along with a very important piece of research titled – No Place For A Child – Alternatives to imprisoning Children in Cambodia https://issuu.com/this-life-ngo/docs/booklet_eng-issuu?fr=sODExNjI5MDgxNDI . Many of our university partners have supported their research in the past on this very topic.
